The existing office building (via PD Class MA) will deliver 30 apartments, with 2 storey vertical extensions to all three wings (via PD Class AA) adding a further 20 apartments.
CWA are providing the full scope of RIBA works stages 1-6, acting as architects, lead designers and principal designers (Building Regulations)
