Swanmac Blinds

Situated on the periphery of the well-established industrial estate, Swanmac Blinds is a long-established Welsh privately owned company, which supplies and install window blinds to a wide range of market sectors. 

Swanmac Blinds appointed CWA to redevelop its existing two industrial units, which were falling into disrepair and needed to be replaced with more efficient up-to-date premises to suit the company’s business and market image.  This involved creating a modern flexible energy efficient space, ensuring its long-term vitality and sustainability whilst reducing its carbon footprint.

Two steel framed commercial buildings, one mainly used for storage (warehouse) and the other as a workshop/offices. These steel frames are clad with coloured metal cladding and enhanced frontage treatment with glass and special cladding to identify the headquarters building from the warehouse.
