St David’s Court
This was a small, tight residential infill development in the High Street, in the village of Laleston, Bridgend.
The land previously was the overflow car park for the Oystercatcher Public House opposite the road. Careful consideration was given to the form, design and architectural detailing of the houses due to the fact the site is within a conservation area.
CWArchitects designed two terraces of three and four-bedroom terraced cottages, fronting the High Street, with a single five-bedroom dwelling behind, and a private courtyard between with dedicated parking.
