A largely vacant, derelict office block extending 7 storeys, CWA are aiming to breathe new life into this substantial building by repurposing it as student accommodation, creating up to 125 self contained studios (Phase 1) with plans for additional studios via a second phase vertical extension.

CWA are providing a full suite if architectural services for RIBA stages 1-6, to include Lead Designer and Principal Designer (Building Regulations) roles.
