Pant Glas Industrial Estate

This fallow and clear land lies in the midst of a large, well-established industrial estate in Bedwas. 

The site is allocated for industrial use but remained vacant for years.  However, the client, who eventually bought the land, commissioned CWA to share his vision of creating a valuable connected addition to this employment area, which will address the main access road with visual success.

The development comprises four blocks, each comprising between three and five units.  One block addresses the road, whilst the other blocks address a new access road.  All units have their own ‘forecourt’ encompassing parking facilities for commercial vehicles, staff cars and visitors.
