Paintworks IV

Located in an up-and-coming part of Bristol, overlooking the River Avon, is Paintworks.

A historical industrial district that has been entirely regenerated to form Bristol’s new vibrant, mixed-use creative quarter comprising live/work units, studios, loft apartments, and commercial and public use spaces.

CWA, along with Rengen Developments are part of this regeneration vision, and together are developing the final phase to make this one of Bristol’s most successful regeneration programmes.  CWA are commissioned to provide full architectural technical design.
