Casablanca Apartments

This was a rebuild of private flats for short term rental on derelict land previously containing the historic Casablanca Club in historic Mount Stuart Square in Cardiff. 

The development contains 25 large flats with owner’s penthouse and roof garden with terrace overlooking Cardiff Bay.  The project is nearing completion with retail space yet to be completed and let as a coffee shop.  Both Conservation Area and planning consent were needed in this instance
