Mabey Bridge, Chepstow

CWA were commissioned by Redrow to masterplan this former shipyard with circa 400 houses, a commercial ‘square’ and a riverside linear park. 

The site had achieved an outline approval but Redrow wanted CWA to develop the masterplan into a commercially viable concept. 

Part of the commission also looked at the existing house types from the Redrow range and adapted them to suit this riverside location
