Holburne Park

Newbuild residential development comprising Georgian style 2 - 5 bedroom terraced houses and detached villas, together with 4 storey apartment buildings, all located within a parkland setting in the historic City of Bath.

Constructed in 5 phases over a 5 year period, this project successfully combines traditional design with modern living.

CWA delivered innovative construction methodology combining light-gauge metal pre-formed internal walls and floors, with natural bath stone facades delivered using historic stone masonry techniques. This removed the stonework element from the critical path, allowing tight programming and sequencing to be achieved.
