This project of 188 flats over 26 storeys is now under construction.

The skin of the building is a mix of unitised and rain-screen cladding chosen for speed and surety of quality.  As a true high-rise project aspects of fire engineering beyond normal building regulations or BS approach have been thoroughly and professionally explored along with vertical services integration into the fabric.
