CWA gained detailed consent for Urban Centric Ltd in this re-emergent part of the city. 

Subject to a master planning exercise 15 years ago little happened and this consent actually kick-started action on this key Bay to City link road.  The consent and site were subsequently sold to PRS provider, Platform Living to add to their rental portfolio. 

The architecture has pointed the way for further applications on this new street and the development is now on site with the frame ostensibly complete and brick cladding in process.
