CWA were approached by Rightacres to design and deliver a 165,000sqft office development for Department for Work & Pensions in Treforest.
The headquarters for DWP acts as a benchmark for future forward investment in this well established but now somewhat tired commercial estate.
The building sets an architectural quality for others to follow by its visually striking aesthetics to the main road that runs through the estate.
