Brickworks       

A new residential flat development comprising 100 units in a historic City Fringe street, which has the vestiges of commercial and warehouse buildings from the turn of the century. 

The design emulates the predominant style of the street with a mix of one, two and three bedroom flats and duplexes with common areas and roof terraces.  The building was completed in 2020 and all units sold from plan prior to completion.
