This high-rise project is also situated in the Dumballs Road regeneration area.  Similar to BJM, this development of 432 x 1 and 2-bed apartments with ancillary areas and ground-floor retail will complete another block of this city zone linking to Cardiff Bay. 

CWA worked with project managers, Ridgeback, and landowners Urban Centric, to provide a tailored PRS solution consented exactly for the end users’ needs.  Designed and submitted against a tight timescale in the first lockdown, this project is now due to start on-site and is under contract with United Living.
