2-4 Henry Street, Bath
CWA were commissioned to provide RIBA stages 1-6 services for the part change of use, part conversion and part refurbishment of this existing 5-storey Grade II Listed Georgian terraced building in the centre of Bath.
Planning and Listed Building Consent was gained for the conversion of existing office space into apartments, with the final design providing a total of 23 beds within 11 apartments.
A smooth construction phase enabled this project to be completed within a 12-month period, delivering an exceptionally high standard of internal finish worthy of this beautiful Georgian property, returning it to its original residential use.
